Orders will only be confirmed after payment verification (in case of advance payments).

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once you place an order:

  • You will receive confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product unavailability or suspicious activity.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through courier services.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 4–6 Working Days, depending on the city and courier service.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier issues

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

  • Customer must provide accurate address and phone number.

  • If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, we may block future COD orders.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Return/Refund Policy is provided separately. By purchasing from Gen Z Bazaar, you agree to that policy.

Generally:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Customer must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Used or opened items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons (especially grooming products).
