Refund policy
At Gen Z Bazaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, so we’ve created this Refund & Return Policy to explain how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
✅ You received a damaged product
✅ You received a defective product
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ The product is missing from your order
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within Half an hour of receiving your parcel.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product must include all tags, seals, and accessories (if any).
2. Non-Returnable Items (Important)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
❌ Opened skincare products
❌ Used grooming products
❌ Beard oils, creams, serums, face wash (if opened)
❌ Personal hygiene items
❌ Products damaged due to customer misuse
If a seal is broken, the product cannot be returned.
3. Return Request Process

Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request.
4. Return Approval & Pickup
If your return request is approved:

We will arrange a courier pickup (if available), OR
-
We may ask you to ship the product back to our address.
Return shipping cost will be:

Covered by Gen Z Bazaar if the mistake is ours (wrong/damaged item)
-
Covered by the customer if return is due to personal reasons (if allowed)
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange in case of:
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Damaged product delivered
✅ Size/variant issue (only if product is unused and sealed)
Exchange requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will offer:

Store credit OR
-
Refund (if applicable)
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if:

Product is out of stock after payment

Return is approved and product is received back

Product is defective/damaged and verified
Refunds will be processed within 4-6 Days after approval.
Refund method depends on payment type:
If Paid via Bank / Easypaisa / JazzCash:
Refund will be sent back to your provided account.
If Paid via COD:
Refund will be sent via:

Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
7. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In some cases, partial refunds may apply if:

Product is returned with missing packaging/accessories

Product condition is not original (due to customer mishandling)
Refund amount will be decided after inspection.
8. Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped.
Once the parcel is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

9. Delivery Refusal Policy
If a customer refuses to accept a parcel without a valid reason:

The order will be marked as refused

Future Cash on Delivery service may be restricted for that customer
10. Damaged Parcel / Missing Items Claims
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

Record an unboxing video (recommended)

Contact us within Half an hour of delivery
Without proof, we may not be able to approve claims.
